Sterilization of culture dishes generally has two methods of dry heat sterilization and autoclaving. The specific process of sterilization is to first pack the petri dish to be sterilized in a newspaper, put it in a dry box and heat it to 160 °C for 90-120 minutes (dry heat sterilization), or autoclave at 121°C. 20-30 minutes (autoclave sterilization), then placed in an oven to dry, remove steam condensed water.
