【Methods and Steps】
1. Prepare two beakers to mark A and B respectively. Add 200ml water and 0.5ml insulin to beaker A; add 200ml 10% glucose solution to beaker B.
2. Put a goldfish into the A beaker, insulin diffuses into the blood through the capillary circulation of the fish gills, carefully observe the behavior of the goldfish, record the time required for the goldfish to appear unconscious, and observe the activity of the goldfish when it appears unconscious.
3. When the goldfish appears unconscious, carefully transfer it to beaker B. Observe the changes in the goldfish and record the time it takes for the goldfish to resume activity.
