Determination of trace bismuth in lead-based alloy by atomic absorption spectrophotometer

This method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of trace bismuth in lead-based alloys, the content of bismuth ≤0.003%
Reagents needed: nitric acid 1:2 solution tartaric acid analytically pure
Atomic absorption conditions:
Wavelength: 223.1nm Slit: 0.2nm Lamp current: 2mA
Air pressure: acetylene 0.06MPa Air: 0.2MPa Burner height: 5mm
test methods
1) Weigh 2g (0.0001g) of the sample and place it in a 150ml beaker.
2) Add 20ml of 1:2 nitric acid to the beaker, and add 2g to make tartaric acid.
3) Put the beaker on the electric furnace and heat it to completely dissolve it and remove the nitrogen dioxide gas.
4) After cooling, transfer to a 100ml volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with pure water, and shake well.
5) Perform a blank experiment at the same time as the above operations, and take the above solution for atomic absorption analysis.
Standard solution preparation:
1) Use a pipette to draw the atomic absorption standard solution (100μg/ml) respectively 0ml, 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 2.0ml and place them in a 100ml volumetric flask
2) Add 2g tartaric acid and 5ml 1:2 nitric acid solution into the volumetric flask.
3) Dilute to the mark with pure water and shake well. In this way, a series of standard solutions of bismuth are made, the concentrations are respectively 0μg/ml, 0.5μg/ml, 1.0μg/ml, 2.0μg/ml
