10 M Ammonium Acetate
Component Concentration: 10 M Ammonium Acetate
Preparation amount: 100 ml
Preparation method:
1. Weigh 77.1 g of ammonium acetate into a 100-200 ml beaker, add about 30 ml of deionized water, and stir to dissolve.
2. Add deionized water to bring the solution to 100 ml.
3. Sterilize by filtration through a 0.22 mm filter.
4. Seal the bottle and store at room temperature.
Note: Ammonium acetate is easily decomposed by heat, so it cannot be autoclaved.

2. Preparation method: Mix Tris-HCl equilibrated phenol with an equal volume of chloroform/isoamyl alcohol (24:1), and then transfer to a brown glass bottle and store at 4°C.
