ZB-1C and ZBS-6E disintegration apparatus operating procedures

1. Preparation
Put salt-free water in the water bath to the indicated mark.
1.2 Put the borosilicate beaker containing the desired solution into the water bath.
1.3 Hang the hanging basket on the metal bracket, adjust the water level, so that the screen is 25mm below the water surface when the hanging basket rises, and 25 mm from the bottom when the hanging basket is lowered, and then remove the hanging basket for use.
2. Start work
2.1 Plug in the power supply, and then press the power switch to turn on the power supply. At this time, the power indicator light should be on, the time display window should display “0:00″, and the temperature display window should display the actual temperature of the water bath. The submersible pump should be running.
2.2 Press the heating button to start the heater. At this time, the heating indicator light should be on, and the displayed temperature value begins to rise. (Press the heating button for the second time to stop heating, and the heating indicator light is off)
2.3 Press the temperature setting key (“+” means increase the temperature, “-” means decrease the temperature) to check or set the constant temperature value. Note: The set temperature should be higher than the ambient temperature; when the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating indicator will be off.
2.4 Press the time setting key (“+” means increase the temperature, “-” means decrease the temperature) to set the required time.
2.5 When the temperature reaches the preset temperature, take six tablets and place them in the six glass tubes of the hanging basket. According to the Pharmacopoeia, add baffles as required, hang the hanging basket on the metal bracket, and turn on the motor. Switch on, the disintegrator starts to work.
2.6 The time when the tablet is completely disintegrated is the disintegration time limit of the tablet.
3. End the work
3.1 After the disintegration time limit is determined, turn off the motor switch, take off the hanging basket, rinse it repeatedly with clean water in the pool until there is no drug residue, and rinse it with salt-free water for 2 to 3 times, and then put it next to the disintegration apparatus.
3.2 Take out the lab borosilicate glass beaker, pour the used solution into the sink, wash the beaker and place it beside the disintegrator.
3.3 Fill in the “Instrument Usage Record” in time.
