1. After IEF, thoroughly clean the tube with deionized water.
2. Heat 500ml 0.6% Deconex solution to 60~80°C.
3. Immerse the glass tube in the Deconex solution and place it at 70°C for 3 times for 10 minutes: After every 10 minutes, remove the glass tube with tweezers, pour out the cleaning solution, add new cleaning solution, and clean it at 70°C for 10 minutes.
4. Soak the tube with deionized water.
5. Heat 500ml of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid to 95°C.
6. Put the tube in a glass beaker and add 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid until the chemistry lab glass beaker is full and covers the tube. Place the tube in the hydrochloric acid solution at 95°C for 30 minutes.
7. Rinse the tube with deionized water, and then dry it.
